No.1	Corrugated boxes, also called regular slotted cartons(RSC)
The RSC is the best popular and effective style of packaging cartons, There are four flaps on the top and bottom. It is our standard carton style.

No.2	half-slotted carton (HSC)
A variation of the RSC, the Half Slotted Carton has only one set of flaps. The opposite side of the box is completely open.

No.3	full overlap slotted carton (FOL)
With a Full Overlap Slotted Carton, all "length" flaps are also equal to the width of the box. The flaps actually fold over one another to provide added strength and protection to the top and bottom.

No.4	overlap slotted carton (OSC)
outer flaps extend partially across the width, this style is used to enhance top and bottom cushioning.

No.5	Full Telescope Design Style Carton
Top and bottom of equal depth, usually shallow. Provides good side-wall strength for stacking. Ideal for opening, closing and reusing. Also can be made with partial telescoping top.

No. 6	die-cut boxes
These are usually customized containers that require angular, circular or other unusual cuts.

Offers extra strength to separate product layers on skids or in boxes. Stacking heavy items and keeping flat items from bending. Place between layers of heavy machinery and appliances. Perfect for separating and protecting items.

Corrugated, or Combined, Fiberboard has two main components: the linerboard and the medium. Both are made of a special kind of heavy paper called containerboard. Linerboard is the flat facing that adheres to the medium. The medium is the wavy, fluted paper in between the liners.

Flutes come in several standard shapes or flute profiles (A, B, C, E, F, etc.). Generally the larger flute profiles give greater vertical strength and cushioning. The smaller flutes help enhance graphic capabilities while providing greater structural integrity. Different flute profiles can be combined in one piece of combined board. For instance, a doublewall board can use a B/C flute combination. By experimenting with flute profiles, designers can vary compression strength, cushioning strength and thickness.

A - Flute Corrugated Cardboard
A-flute was the first to be developed and is the largest common flute profile. It has 33 flutes per linear foot and is used for very fragile goods as it has great shock absorbency. It ranges between 4.5 - 4.7mm in thickness. It is suitable for carton to load lighter goods.

B - Flute Corrugated Cardboard
B-flute was next to be developed and is much smaller. It has 47 flutes per linear foot and is high shock absorbency packaging with optimal levels of crush resistance. It ranges between 2.1 - 2.9mm in thickness. B-flute is compressed and appears thinner, also used for die cut boxes. It is made with more paper to provide stronger side wall protection from blows and punctures. Usually it is suitable for carton to carry heavy and solid goods, such as can and bottled goods.

C - Flute Corrugated Cardboard
C-flute followed the development of A & B and is between A and B in size. It has 39 flutes per linear foot and it ranges between 3.5 - 3.7mm in thickness. C-flute is taller, with more air space, but offers enhanced stacking strength.C-Flute is used for regular slotted cartons(RSCs) now because C-flute can enhance stacking strength.

E & F - Flute Corrugated Cardboard
E-flute is smaller than B flute and has 90 flutes per linear foot and it ranges between 1.1 - 1.2mm in thickness. For excellent graphic reproduction, consider E-flute. F flute is smaller again.
